At all times of the day with mySDA you will have unique, integrated access to information about your shipments.
To make using the mySDA portal child’s play, we have created a simple and rational structure, divided into four areas, for every need:
In the Operational Area you can: • manage the addresses database for pickups;
• book single or multiple pickups;
• track shipments using numerous search keys: Waybill, shipment details, pickup code, status, departure date, sender, addressee, zip code of destination;
• request SDA material needed for packaging;
• check stored shipments, based on reference number, Waybill, storage date, reason for storage, storage office;
• release stored shipments, requesting a free email or sms confirming the release;
• consult the reports that SDA makes available, with details by single periods of your releases and of the Storage Position Files we have sent you;
• request the sending of a message (via sms and/or email) to you or directly to your addressee informing about shipment status;
• for shipments already delivered you can request directly from our tracking function the Digipod, i.e. image of the Waybill signed by the addressee, in jpg format.
In the Administrative Area you can: • receive and manage Invoices online;
• check the details of billed shipments;
• check the details of CODs that we have credited for you in a given period;
• check and edit your administrative addresses in our systems;
• purchase and print Waybills online.
In the Help Area you can: • retrieve login details for accessing Sdaweb;
• send reports to SDA;
• consult the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section.
In the Download Area you can: • download documentation and software for the technological Solutions you have chosen;
• obtain tools for the transmission of files to and from SDA.
