Smart Alert entails the sending of a message via sms (charge applied) and email (for free), informing the addressee and/or sender about shipment status. 

NEW! Smart Alert now is available for Internazionale Express Service and Road Europe service.


It is setting on this shipment status:
• Shipment left origin
• On Delivery
• Recipient not available
• Wrong/incomplete address 
• Hold for collection (only for national services and Road Europe)
• Agreed Appointment (date and hour) available for national deliveries with Su Appuntamento extra service.

    
How to request service
Smart Alert is available to all subscribers endowed with Inviosystem, Invioeasy, Inviofile and Web Solutions. 
To activate the service simply choose it on mySDA, setting the notice type (email, SMS or both) and the recipient.
